Thank you for choosing Gaby Cavalcanti Photography to capture your life's memories. I am very excited about our upcoming shoot. Please take a look at the following policies to ensure our shoot runs as smoothly as possible. Please read these carefully.  If you would like a copy of these policies for your records, please let me know and I will send you a copy via email.

Session Fee: A reservation fee of $250 is due within 5 days of the receipt of your session agreement submission and it will be required to hold your spot. The remainder of your session fee is due 5 days before your session date. If you are paying by check, I kindly ask that you mail your payment at least 10 days before your session to the address listed on payment section below. If you are unable to send your payment on time, I reserve the right to reschedule your session. For family sessions, the session fee includes immediate family (spouse and children), additional adults may incur an additional fee.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel your session because of illness or any other emergency, please do so within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Your session can then be rescheduled within 30 business days.

Photo Galleries and Delivery of digital files: Your photo gallery will be posted in a private website and will be available for a limited time (depending on selected package).  You can purchase photographic prints and digital files (high resolution .jpgs) through your web gallery and you may also share this gallery with family and friends. After your gallery will expires there will be a $35 charge for reuploading your images. Once you select your images, they will be delivered via email or internet drop box within 7 business days.
If you would like to receive your files on a CD, DVD or USB drive, there is a $40 charge to cover the cost of supplies and shipping.

Final Prints and Print products: If you would like to order prints or specialty products, they will be delivered within 2-3 weeks after payment is received. If you need your prints or products sooner, please let me know, I may be able to expedite your order for an additional fee. 

Sales: Please keep in mind that your photo shoot, print and specialty products orders are tailored for you. Therefore, all sales are final.

Payment: At this time, I accept payments via PayPal, check or cash. You will receive a PayPal invoice within 24 hours from submitting your session agreement. If you decide to pay using a check, please make it to Gaby Cavalcanti Photography and promptly mail it to the following address: 4405 154th PL SE, Bellevue, WA 98006. Keep in mind that any returned checks will incur a $35 fee and another form of payment
must be received within 5 days of your session date. 

Travel: A travel fee will be added to any session that requires travel exceeding 25 miles from Bellevue, WA

Copyright and usage: All work remains property of Gaby Cavalcanti Photography. Usage rights for personal use only (unless a commercial/editorial image usage release is included with your session) are included with digital images purchased.
